Kopperfield, Inc. ("Kopperfield," "we," "us," or "our") offers a business-centered, cloud-based software platform for electrical contractors and other professional users (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard Personal Information when any business user ("Customer," "you," or "your") accesses the Platform via our website at https://www.kopperfield.com, including all sub-domains, or any related web or mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Services.

Primarily for Business and Professional Use. The Platform is designed for professional organizations to create and manage accounts. Consumers acting for personal or household purposes may not create accounts. However, a professional Customer may submit information to the Platform that was obtained from, or relates to, a consumer (e.g., a homeowner) in connection with that Customer's project. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected in such cases.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect Personal Information. However, no system is 100% secure. We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. De-identified Data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement and commercial purposes.

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their Personal Information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Site 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after that date constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
